GO-KOT® USA Warranty
GO-KOT® USA stands behind the products we make, and your satisfaction is important to us. We understand the importance of quality gear and you deserve products that perform. Our GO-KOT® camping cots are covered by a three (3)-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship resulting from normal use. All other GO-KOT® products are covered by a one (1)-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. All other products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty claims. Any claim against this warranty must include a dated proof of purchase and it applies only to the original (first) purchaser. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, intentional damage, or commercial use. GO-KOT® USA reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts. All products must be cleaned prior to sending back to GO-KOT® USA. Thank you for supporting American manufacturing!
Warranty Procedures
Thank you for purchasing a GO-KOT® product. In order to invoke this warranty, the original owner must send the entire product, freight paid and insured, to the address listed below. Please follow the steps described here so that we may serve you expeditiously. To Obtain Warranty Service:
- Call GO-KOT® USA at (205) 384-4134 or email sales@go-kot.com.
- After an initial diagnosis, obtain a warranty service number.
- Send the product to GO-KOT® USA Service Center by prepaid shipping with the warranty service number and a copy of the receipt to:
- Your product will be returned to you repaired or replaced.
