Shiloh Receives the First K9-KOT™ Shiloh was one of the Homewood Police Department's first multipurpose dogs. He was trained in tracking, narcotics detection, and apprehension of suspects. After about 7 years with the department, Shiloh retired due to showing age-related health problems. He is now enjoying retired life with Cpl. Ted Springfield, Shiloh’s third and final handler.  To thank Shiloh for his service and to help him feel as comfortable as possible, we donated a K9-KOT™!
